• Supervise and lead a test technician to handle subassembly and Box Build Test.
• Diagnose ICT, FCT, and RMA failure boards and control test failure WIP.
• Implement and train test operators for new product test strategy including design for test analysis and feedback.
• Prepare yield improvement reports, failure analysis, quality feedback, and maintain low WIP.
• Perform periodic calibration and maintenance of all equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
• Release and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly test yield reports.
• Generate and define test procedures, maintaining and updating them per current requirements and coordinating with DCC.
• Daily update test WIP, working with SMT manufacturing engineers, process engineers, and other cross‑functional groups to resolve maintenance issues, improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement activities for productivity and yield improvement.

• Report quality problems or defects to manager or senior management to implement corrective action and prevent recurrence.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Ability to perform failure analysis to determine root cause and reduce scrap due to unserviceable boards.
• Ability to set up test apparatus and equipment, and conduct functional testing.
• Recommend circuitry changes to improve installation specifications, test method cycle time, and product performance.
