• Assist in applying Six Sigma methodology and analytics to operational activities.
• Support design and development of Six Sigma program strategies and tools to improve quality and processes.
• Help implement Sigma project portfolios that deliver measurable business process improvements.
• Plan, develop and execute Six Sigma projects to meet quality and performance standards.

• Interpersonal Relationships – collaborate with diverse teams.
• Project Administration – knowledge of best practices and project tools.
• Problem Solving – identify, anticipate and resolve operational issues.
• Analytical Thinking – root‑cause analysis and solution design.
• Influencing – affect decisions within and outside the organization.
• Six Sigma Methodology – apply DMAIC to manufacturing and control processes.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
• 5‑7 years experience in lean manufacturing or project management.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Experience leading or participating in cross‑functional process improvement initiatives.

• Extensive active movement throughout the plant; climbing stairs, lifting, pushing and pulling equipment.

Batam, Kepulauan Riau. The position requires a 5‑day a week schedule in the office. Travel requirement:
