NPI Engineer

• NPI on PCBA process starting from SMT - Back End - Box Build (Solder Paste, SPI, PnP, Reflow Profile, W/S Profile, Rayreview, Conformal Coating, Box Build and packaging design)
• Understand and use software to read Gerber files
• Design solder paste stencil and work with jig and fixture design BOM creation & review
• Target oriented to achieve KPI goals based on timeline given
• Design process steps from scratch till packaging
• Work on RFQ
• Execute documentation work and reporting such as Control Plan, PFMEA, 5 Why, 8D, GR & R, Cpk, Validation report, DFM, DFT, First Article Report

• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• Report quality problems or defects to manager or senior management for corrective action and recurrence avoidance
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in Engineering
• Experience in same position min. 4 years
• Proven work experience in process engineering
• Excellent technical skills
• Knowledge of process related standards
• Experience in process simulations
• Working knowledge of process engineering software packages CAD or AutoCAD skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills

• Ability to establish process flow, equipment and method
• Ability to provide process documentation and operating instructions
