Quality Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma degree in a technical major (or related field). Preferable qualifications apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Engineering of mechanical/electrical field.
• Proficient in the use of quality tools such as Minitab and Microsoft software.
• Experienced in developing technical proposals, deliverables, and work procedures.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).

• Support technical handling in new project transfers.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables; develop comprehensive timelines and schedules that outline project phases, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
• Prepare calculations and work procedures in support of projects.
• Assist in checking MSA, engineering drawing, machine, gauge and fixture, ensuring qualification of critical items (CI).
• Develop cost, time, and resource schedules for assigned projects in line with department budgets; create and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance of job close‑out reports and non‑conformance reports; utilize Microsoft Project to plan, schedule, track, and report project activities.
• Perform troubleshooting and improvement based on quality standards.
• Maintain machine and parts quality (cosmetic, functional) continuously according to the quality system requirements.
• Monitor and continually improve the quality performance of KPI indicators.
• Follow up on the effect of quality initiatives and collect quality data before and after implementation.
