We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EY/PYP Teacher for a full-time, on-site position in Batam. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in alignment with curriculum goals, ensuring a positive and stimulating learning environment for students. The role involves collaborating with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child, providing a nurturing space for academic, social, and emotional growth.

In addition, the teacher will participate in regular training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices at the institution.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning to effectively execute structured and dynamic teaching methods
• Strong background in Education with a focus on early years or primary years pedagogy
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Teaching and Training, ensuring innovative and impactful educational delivery
• Possession of a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., bachelor's degree in Education or related field)
• Understanding of the IB PYP curriculum or similar frameworks is a plus
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
