Draftsperson Estimator

About the role

PT Shape Shell International Indonesia is seeking a Draftsperson Estimator to support aluminium windows, doors and a wide range of commercial and residential glass products for an Australian Project. This role will prepare shop drawings, take-offs and estimating support across glazing, balustrades and architectural glass systems.

You will be working to Australian project standards and timelines, supporting technical delivery from Batam while collaborating closely with Australian project teams.

• Produce shop drawings and technical drawings for aluminium windows and doors
• Prepare drawings for glass balustrades, mirrors, shower screens and other architectural glass products
• Assist with drafting for both commercial and residential glazing projects
• Develop material take-offs and support estimating packages
• Interpret architectural drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Assist with design development, revisions and coordination with Australian teams
• Maintain organised drawing registers, revision control and file structures
• Support tender preparation and project documentation where required

• Experience drafting aluminium windows, doors or glazing systems
• Exposure to shop drawings for glass balustrades, shower screens or similar architectural glass highly regarded
• Strong AutoCAD and V6 software capability
• Understanding of estimating or commercial project workflows
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines aligned with Australian delivery time frames
• Experience supporting Australian, American or European companies highly regarded

• Full-time role under PT Shape Shell International Indonesia
• Monday to Friday with early start preferred (around 7:00am Batam time)
• Based in Batam, Indonesia
