Caterpillar customers and their equipment are hard at work in every corner of the globe, and they cannot afford to slow down or stop. As Order Support Manager at SPM, you will responsible for ensuring smooth and timely execution of customer orders from initiation through delivery. This role acts as the central communication link between Sales/Customers and Plant operations, ensuring all order-related information, documentation, risks, and status updates are properly managed. The position also supports operational planning through timely reporting, project coordination, and adherence to internal processes to help the plant achieve on time delivery and revenue targets.

Work Location:

Batam.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office. Domestic relocation is not available for this position.

* What You Will Do:

** Order Coordination & Communication
* Schedule and facilitate order kickoff meetings, prepare agendas, and record accurate meeting minutes.
* Serve as the primary focal point between Sales/Customer and the Plant, ensuring clear and timely communication at all stages.
* Disseminate project information, status updates, and key documentation to all stakeholders.
* Perform accurate order entry and update all part numbers and order information in the system.
* Maintain data accuracy to support planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.

Project Monitoring & Issue Resolution
* Identify, track, and monitor project risks and issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to develop mitigation or action plans.
* Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure and support on-time delivery commitments.

Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare and publish monthly reports.

Compliance, Audit & Plant Support
* Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes meet required standards.
* Support stack-up test activities and related documentation flow.
