Job Description SummaryThis role involves managing and overseeing documents for a specific project or the entire organization. Responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive and accessible document library, processing and recording document revisions, ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive documents, and educating employees on document control procedures.
About the Role- Establish, manage, and maintain document control systems for data centre projects
- Control numbering, versioning, distribution, and archiving of project documents
- Ensure timely submission, approval, and retrieval of drawings, reports, and records
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on document workflows
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, audit requirements, and data centre standards
- Engineering background with 4-5 years of project experience
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation under tight deadlines
- Experience in data centre or mission‑critical projects is a strong advantage
