Education:

Bachelor's degree in communication, Business Administration, Public Relations or from any major.

Experiences of 5 years in administrative support such as CSR program (Plan, implementation and report), external relation, stakeholder coordination.

Proficient in Ms.Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point & Microsoft 365)

Have a good presentation & communication skill.

Strong interpersonal skill, detail-oriented & organized.

Domiciled in Batam.

Perform CSR program such as program list, partners, beneficiaries, proposal, budget, timelines, and report.

Ensuring data CSR program are accurate, complete and audit ready.

Coordinate CSR activity requirements with internal to ensure smooth execution.

Present company profile as Industrial Estate overview to external visitors.

Accommodate and handle stakeholder/guests/visitors during visit to company or site such as : visit requests, schedule etc.

Perform administrative work such as minutes meeting, correspondence related to CSR program.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety requirements for visitors, and corporate branding standards in communication & presentations.
