Accounting Staff – Entry & Advanced/Supervisor Level

Record and verify daily financial transactions.

Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.

Perform bank and cash reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.

Maintain orderly and accurate document filing.

Support administrative and accounting activities.

Coordinate with other departments for financial data and payment processing.

Handle administrative tasks related to finance and accounting.

D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

0 - 2 years of working experience in an accounting role, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good Understanding of basic accounting principles and reporting standards.

Experience using accounting software (IFCA, SAP, MYOB, Accurate, etc.) is a plus.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to be based in Batam.

Lead and manage full accounting operations and processes.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and internal company policies.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Monitor cash flow, aging of receivables/payables and overall financial position.

Supervise and evaluate accounting team members.

Continuously improve accounting processes, internal controls and system usage.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting roles, preferably in manufacturing or construction industries.

Strong knowledge of taxation, PSAK, and audit standards.

Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.

Dedicated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Based in or willing to relocate to Batam.
