Cost Accounting

• Analyze production costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to optimize cost efficiency.
• Prepare detailed production cost reports for management.
• Ensure reports comply with relevant accounting standards.
• Support inventory control and stocktaking at the end of each month and year, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed cost analysis to management.
• Collaborate with internal company teams to optimize cost control.
• Develop and maintain ERP systems and cost accounting procedures to track and report production costs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a cost accounting or costing role in manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, such as standard costing, variance analysis, and overhead allocation.
• Proficient in using cost accounting software and data analysis tools (ERP, Microsoft Excel, etc).
• Proficient in preparing accounting journals (will be an added value).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Details minded, result oriented, strong conceptual and analytical skill and able to work under pressure.
