Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Fleet Coordinator / Warehouse Assistant to join our organization. This role is crucial in supporting both our fleet and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth delivery, inventory management, and facility upkeep. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning and organizing.
  • Pick and prepare daily HVAC and plumbing orders for delivery.
  • Drive company vehicles for deliveries and support fleet coordination.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance, scheduling service, and basic repairs.
  • Utilize computer and inventory management software for record-keeping, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Manage daily purchasing of parts and supplies; restock and track inventory.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counting of vans.
  • Register warranties for parts and equipment as needed.
  • Operate small machinery (or demonstrate willingness to learn).
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned by management.
  • Support overall warehouse operations, including assisting colleagues.
  • Apply Service Titan software knowledge for workflow optimization (preferred but not required).
  • Work flexible hours, with overtime as needed.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or fleet management.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in learning small machinery operation.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory.
  • Strong attention to detail for inventory counting and record-keeping.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible approach to tasks and working hours (between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM).
  • Proactive, dependable, and supportive team player.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar workflow management software.
  • Background in HVAC or plumbing supply chain.
  • Previous purchasing or warranty registration experience.
Working Hours and Conditions
  • Flexible working schedule between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
  • Collaborative, supportive, and hardworking team environment.
