- Assist with all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
- Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and case summaries
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as appropriate
- Maintain accurate case files and meet all court deadlines
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Prior litigation experience is a plus but not required
