We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a law firm in Bastrop, Texas. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys hands-on litigation work and supporting attorneys through all phases of a case.
Responsibilities- Assist attorneys with litigation matters
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and trial preparation
- Organize and review discovery materials and trial exhibits
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with e-filing in Texas courts
- Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred

Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $56,000 – $66,000 annually
