1080 Motion is a leader in high-performance training and testing equipment, trusted by professional sports teams, top universities, and elite training centers across North America. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a technically skilled, service-minded individual to join our support team and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.
Note! This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate is a current university student who wishes to earn an income and gain valuable work experience. Your field of study is ideally engineering, business, sports medicine, or exercise science.

What You’ll Do
- Perform repair and maintenance on high-end training machines.
- Provide general support to customers across North America via phone and email.
- Handle packing, shipping, and tracking of customer orders.
- Manage inventory of parts and accessories.
What You Bring
- A strong service mindset and ability to understand and respond to customer needs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems
- A collaborative spirit and professional demeanor that reflects our brand
- Proficiency with business software (Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, Google Workspace)
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Interest in sports and athletic training is a plus!
Requirements
- University-level education. Current students are welcome.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 85 lbs objects
- Based in Bastrop, Texas.

- Hub Spot CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
- Common hand tools for mechanical and electronic repair
