Join the 1st Franklin team as a Loan Sales Representative and help our customers achieve their financial goals.

Salary: $14.00 to $15.75 per hour.

• Recommend products and services to support branch sales goals and customer expectations.
• Market branch products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Conduct assigned collection calls to arrange payment for customer accounts.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and document interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs efficiently.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and privileged information.
• Adhere to all 1
  
  FFC policies and procedures.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations.
• Participate in personal development.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work onsite at the branch office (working from home is not permitted).
• Meet current licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
• Demonstrate advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and differing social and business settings.
• Maintain confidential business and personal information.
• Be action and result focused.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile.
