Up to £43,000 (dependent on experience)

Leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor with a strong family culture is seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join their mobile team. This is a varied role combining electrical expertise with general M&E maintenance, offering stability, career development, and the opportunity to work with a well-respected business.

• Service and maintain BMS front-end systems
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and mechanical plant
• Diagnose and repair faults across electrical and mechanical systems
• Undertake general M&E maintenance tasks, including:
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Water temperature monitoring
  • AHU and FCU maintenance
  • Minor plumbing repairs
• Reactive maintenance
• Provide excellent client-facing service, maintaining strong on-site relationships
• Participate in on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks) - travel time door to door

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Test & Inspect certification
• Proven experience in PPM, fault finding, and repairs on both electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy (experience with Simpro or Verisae advantageous)
• Based within a commutable distance of Basingstoke

• Competitive salary up to £43,000 (DOE)
