Experienced Plumbers Required – South Hampshire (12-Week Contract)

We are currently recruiting experienced Plumbers to work on a social housing contract across the South Hampshire area, Basingstoke, Farnborough, Farnham and surrounding for a 12-week period.  This is an excellent opportunity for skilled, reliable plumbers who take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining professional standards on occupied and void properties, must have excellent customer service, a good work ethic, clean driving license, you will be using your own van and tools, fuel is supplemented 35p per mile.

Role Overview :

You will be responsible for full kitchen and bathroom plumbing, 1st /2nd along with all aspects or plumbing, including reactive plumbing repairs.  The role requires a strong all-rounder who can confidently complete works from start to finish, must live within the Basingstoke, Farnborough, Farnham area.

Key Responsibilities:

1st fix plumbing (pipework installation, hot/cold feeds, waste systems)
2nd fix plumbing (sanitaryware fitting, taps, showers, appliances)
Bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs
Leak detection and fault finding
Pipe repairs, replacements, and rerouting
Radiator installations, valve changes, and heating pipework
Cylinder, tank, and water heater connections (where applicable)
Drainage and waste pipe installation/repairs
Tap, toilet, basin, bath, and shower replacements
Sealing, finishing, and making good after plumbing works
Wall and floor tiling associated with plumbing installations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plumber
Proven experience within all sectors of Plumbing
Ability to complete full installations independently
Own tools and van (essential)
Full, clean UK driving licence
Hard-working, reliable and presentable
Social housing experience advantageous (but not essential)
Must be able to provide 2 recent references
Must live in the Basingstoke, Farnborough, Farnham
Re-active repairs in all aspects of Plumbing
