Overview
As BROUGHT TO the spotlight, the electrician will carry out electrical repairs and installations on domestic and commercial properties. The candidate must fulfil all current IEE Electrical Regulations while upholding high Health & Safety standards. Duties include fault finding on circuits, electrical testing, and, when required, assisting the building contracts team on programmed works. The role may also involve P.A.T testing and fault finding of appliances.
Qualifications- City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & Part 2 + AM2 Certificate OR equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation conclusions along with the 18th edition wiring regulation.

AI fidelities, and demonstrate strong all‑round electrical skills including testing, fault finding, repairs and installation. Domestic property or social housing experience is an advantage.
In addition to routine electrical work, the electrician will perform:

- A high degree of mobility, involving walking, lifting, loading and unloading vehicles.
A full, clean current driving licence, held for at least one year, is required. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS checks.
