We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Carpenter Multi-Trade Operative to join our reactive repairs team. This is a crucial role responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient maintenance services to our tenants across Basingstoke and the surrounding areas

This is an excellent 12-week temporary to permanent opportunity for a professional looking for stability and long-term commitment within a social housing environment.

• Attend to and successfully complete all allocated day-to-day and emergency reactive repair works in occupied social housing properties and voids.
• Diagnose faults accurately on the first visit, ensuring a strong focus on achieving a "First Time Fix" wherever possible.
• Specialise in all aspects of carpentry and joinery
