We’re looking for two Multi‑Skilled Bricklayers to join our team. Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, you’ll cover Basingstoke and the surrounding North Hampshire area on a full‑time, permanent basis, working 39 hours per week and will include participation on the on‑call rota.

Role Overview

As a bricklayer multi, you’ll carry out a range of responsive repairs to our properties: brickwork, concrete and fencing repairs, minor roofing works, disabled adaptations, etc. You’ll work to a set schedule and strive to complete jobs on time and to a high standard. The role involves some light admin duties using an electronic handheld device to update, complete and reschedule jobs and respond to emails.

Qualifications & Skills
  • NVQ Level 2 in a skilled trade (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience of brickwork repairs and other related works.
  • Good practical skills, able to work with minimal supervision and highly self‑motivated.
  • Must be capable of working at heights, manual handling of heavy and bulky items, and have a high degree of mobility (walking, lifting, loading/unloading vehicles).
  • Full, clean current driving licence held for at least 1 year (required to drive company vans).
  • Successful DBS and satisfactory driving licence checks.
