Location: Basingstoke | On-site 3 days per week
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
We’re working with a rapidly expanding MSP operating in the Cyber Security and Networking space, supporting organisations with secure, resilient digital infrastructure. As part of continued growth, they’re hiring a Service Contract Renewals & Logistics Coordinator to sit at the heart of recurring revenue and operational delivery.
This is a hands‑on, commercially vital role combining service contract renewals with logistics and hardware coordination. You’ll be the key link between Sales, Operations, vendors, and warehouse teams, ensuring renewals are protected, data is accurate, and physical kit moves smoothly from order to delivery.
The roleYou’ll own the end‑to‑end renewals process for service contracts while also taking responsibility for logistics activities that underpin successful delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and coordinating service contract renewals
, ensuring accuracy and on‑time completion - Acting as the central point of contact for renewal‑related activity and recurring revenue
- Producing regular reports on upcoming, overdue, and completed renewals, highlighting risk and opportunity
- Supporting Account Managers with renewals, co‑termining, and contract alignment
- Validating service agreement data including serial numbers, coverage levels, hardware locations, and SLAs
- Liaising with vendors to ensure support coverage aligns with commercial agreements
- Performing regular data health checks across contracts, POs, and renewal records
Alongside renewals, you’ll play a key role in logistics and hardware coordination
, including:
- Checking and matching serial numbers of inbound kit against contracts and documentation
- Reviewing packing slips and ensuring delivered equipment matches orders
- Coordinating with warehouse teams, vendors, and suppliers
- Managing inbound and outbound shipments
, including international shipping - Supporting freight coordination and identifying potential cost efficiencies
- 1–2+ years’ experience in renewals, operations, logistics, or service coordination within a technology, cyber security, MSP, or vendor environment
- Experience working for a vendor or service provider is highly beneficial
- Comfortable dealing with networking and security hardware (e.g.
Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto
, or similar) - Strong attention to detail — particularly with contracts, serial numbers, and documentation
- Confident working with CRM / ERP systems and Microsoft 365
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise across Sales, Ops, vendors, and suppliers
- Central role in protecting and growing recurring revenue
- Excellent exposure across Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, and Supply Chain
