The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of our technology and the value it delivers.
  • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact—ensuring satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and maintain high account health.
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to support client objectives.
  • Maintain an organised pipeline and accurately forecast revenue opportunities.
