Key Responsibilities- Develop a strong understanding of our technology and the value it delivers.
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact—ensuring satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and maintain high account health.
- Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to support client objectives.
- Maintain an organised pipeline and accurately forecast revenue opportunities.
- Experience in B2B account management or a client‑facing role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
