Senior Account Manager; HF

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value B2B accounts
• Build long‑term, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Identify and secure upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities
• Present new products, vendors, and technologies to support customer growth
• Lead proactive outreach, customer visits, and quarterly business reviews
• Develop structured account plans using market trends and client insights
• Oversee the full pre‑and post‑sales process to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Commercial, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
• Mentor junior team members and set a high standard of performance

• Proven experience managing high‑value or strategic B2B accounts
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Ability to communicate and negotiate confidently at senior stakeholder level
• Strategic mindset with excellent planning and forecasting skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and driven to own your results
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to influence and lead
