What You’ll Be Doing- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing and growing long‑term relationships.
- Identify opportunities and routinely engage with top‑tier customers to promote financial solutions.
- Create and deliver tailored financial solutions, including configuration, pricing, quoting, and request processing.
- Identify applicable programs, promotions, and add‑ons to strengthen customer partnerships.
- Negotiate terms and manage the financial solutions pipeline through to completion.
- Assess business opportunities and build accurate weekly forecasts.
- Maintain and manage the opportunity pipeline using TD SYNNEX tools.
- Support ongoing customer engagement and deliver financial solutions training where needed.
- 2‑5 years of experience selling, marketing, or promoting solutions in a technical or product‑support capacity.
- Experience in financial sales or inside sales is a plus.
- Strong understanding of products, pricing, customer service, and sales/marketing strategy.
- Excellent negotiation skills, customer focus, and attention to detail.
- Expert‑level communication skills – verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal.
- A proactive, relationship‑driven approach and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
