This is a full‑time Sales Executive role based in Basingstoke. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the entire sales cycle. The role includes presenting tailored AV solutions, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high‑quality project execution. The selected candidate will also provide technical insights and maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of market trends and advancements in AV technology.

• Proven sales skills, including negotiation, prospecting, and closing deals
• Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of Audio Visual technology, including Unified Communications, office AV solutions, digital signage, video walls, and audio systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work on‑site in Basingstoke and travel as needed
• Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software
• Previous experience in the AV industry or a related technical field is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
