We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of senior and corporate-level clients. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional who excels at building long‑term partnerships and delivering exceptional client service.

• Manage and grow relationships with senior and corporate-level customers, acting as a trusted point of contact
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to support their business objectives
• Retain and develop existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling
• Lead client meetings, reviews, and negotiations at a senior stakeholder level
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting and insights

• Proven experience in an Account Manager or similar role, managing corporate or senior‑level clients
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent relationship‑building skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
