Assistant Store Manager 40 hours/week - Basingstoke Festival

Salary: £28,000 per annum + bonus (OTE 36K).
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Location: Basingstoke Festival Place. Please note if your application is successful your personal details and application will be shared with our Franchise Partner.

• Support the Store Manager in managing a team of fantastic Retail Advisers, helping them achieve their potential.
• Assist with back office tasks such as holidays and rotas.
• Set the sales floor ablaze with your enthusiasm to lead by example.

• Level headed with a mature mind‑set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive.
• Ability to commit to some weekend work as well as weekdays.
