We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Senior Asset Management Surveyor to join its Investment Team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-value commercial investment portfolio (£283.9m) covering retail, office, industrial and leisure assets, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Key details:

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire (Hybrid)
Rate: £50.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Length: 6 months+
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days remote / 3 days office-based (Basingstoke)

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on commercial asset and estate management
Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings
Managing all landlord and tenant matters
Service charge management and budgeting
Estate management of multi-let commercial properties
Undertaking property valuations as required

Candidate Requirements

RICS qualified (MRICS or FRICS essential)
Proven experience in commercial property asset / estate management
Strong understanding of commercial leases
Experience managing investment portfolios desirable
