Lettings​/Senior Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in the Basingstoke area.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, target-driven, and capable of delivering exceptional service while building strong relationships with landlords and applicants.

• Generating and winning new lettings business
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Conducting viewings and securing lets
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
• Working towards targets and KPIs
• Building and maintaining strong local market knowledge

• Previous experience in Residential Lettings
• Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
• Thorough understanding of the lettings process
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional telephone manner and presentation
• Ambitious, self‑motivated, and proactive
• Knowledge of Basingstoke area (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

• 5‑day working week
