Senior Asset Management Surveyor – Interim (26 weeks)

Contract: Interim – 26 weeks
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £43.82 per hour (PAYE) or £58.58 per hour (Umbrella)

Seven Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Senior Asset Management Surveyor to join a well‑established public sector property investment team on an interim basis. This hands‑on role works across a large and diverse commercial property portfolio with a strong income focus.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied commercial investment portfolio, including office, retail, industrial and leisure assets
• Undertaking hands‑on estate management duties, including lease management, rent reviews and lease renewals
• Supporting income generation and asset performance across the portfolio
• Advising on asset management initiatives, opportunities and risks
• Working with internal teams and external consultants to progress property matters
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and best practice
• Contributing to reports, appraisals and recommendations for senior stakeholders

• Degree qualified in a property‑related discipline
• MRICS qualified (or working towards with significant relevant experience)
• Strong background in commercial property asset and estate management
• Experience working within a public sector or large portfolio environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced interim role
