Land Manager

• Identification of land opportunities, both on and off market, that fit the company's requirements (as amended from time to time)
• Assess potential land opportunities, including completion and/or assessment of appraisals to establish appropriate land values
• Processing of opportunities to prepare for offers to be made in consultation withassic internal colleagues and external parties, where relevant
• Maintain formal reporting procedures as required/directed within the business
• Knowledge of legal, technicalftirn and planning matters related to the land acquisition process

• Experience of land acquisition, preferably gained in a private house building environment
• Numerate and conversant with Land Appraisal systems, budgets, etc.
• Able to work on own or as part of a multi-disciplined team
