I am working with a well-established business in the subscription/regulated space who are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their B2C marketing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone in their marketing career who’s keen to learn, build experience in customer communications, and work closely with a supportive team.

Within the Retention and In-Life Marketing team
, you’ll help support customer communications across the full lifecycle, including updates for existing customers and renewal communications.

• Supporting the delivery of customer communications from brief through to release
• Helping review and update new and existing communications
  , ensuring they’re clear, accurate and compliant
• Coordinating feedback and approvals from stakeholders
• Helping keep communications organised, on track and up to date
• Contributing ideas to improve how customers are communicated with across digital and offline channels

• Some exposure to marketing, communications or content
• Strong written skills and good attention to detail
• Organised, proactive and keen to develop new skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

• Hybrid working
