Brand Manager - Cardiometabolic Health

PE Global is recruiting a Brand Manager for a leading multinational pharmaceutical company based in Basingstoke. This is an initial 12‑month contract role paid between £26.17 and £34.89 per hour. The position is based in Basingstoke with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Please note our client cannot assist with visa sponsorship; candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in the UK.

• Develop and deliver brand strategy and operational plan aligned with Global Brand Strategy.
• Support launch and/or post‑launch activities, coordinating brand tactics and tracking key milestones.
• Ensure all brand tactics are insight‑ and data‑driven, delivering against specific brand objectives aligned with the commercial strategy.
• Leverage International business unit tactics where possible, creating insight‑based marketing strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
• See through development, localisation, approval (Veeva Promo‑Mats), launch and evaluation end‑to‑end for priority solutions.
• Collaborate across a diverse brand team, working effectively with cross‑functional members from medical, sales, regulatory, corporate affairs, finance and market research.

• Proven marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (strongly preferred).
• Experience with brand strategy and planning.
• Demonstrable leadership skills, particularly in cross‑functional collaboration, decision‑making and leading without authority.
• Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Experience with in Cardiometabolic Health is advantageous.
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, ambiguous environment.
• Data analytics, planning and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence.
• Experience with Veeva Promo‑Mats is advantageous.
