Assembly Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands‑on Assembly Supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and knows how to get the best from a team.

This is not a desk‑based role. You’ll be visible on the shop floor, setting standards, solving problems in real time, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality levels. You’ll already have experience leading teams in a manufacturing or assembly environment and understand what “good” looks like in a quality‑driven setting.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience supervising or mobilising production teams
• Strong shop floor presence and natural leadership credibility
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles
• A solid understanding of engineering or mechanical processes
• Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office
• The ability to influence, challenge and support people at all levels
• Resilience and organisation in a demanding environment
• A track record of delivering on commitments

• You’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day assembly operation, ensuring performance targets are achieved across Quality & Right First Time, On‑Time Delivery and Efficiency
