Assembly Supervisor

We re looking for a hands-on Assembly Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to get the best from a team.

This is not a desk-based role. You ll be visible on the shop floor, setting standards, solving problems in real time, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality levels. If you enjoy building high-performing teams, improving processes, and delivering results this role offers the platform to do exactly that.

You ll already have experience leading teams in a manufacturing or assembly environment and understand what good looks like in a quality-driven setting.

You ll bring:

• Proven experience supervising or mobilising production teams

• Strong shop floor presence and natural leadership credibility

• Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles

• A solid understanding of engineering or mechanical processes

• Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office

• The ability to influence, challenge and support people at all levels

• Resilience and organisation in a demanding environment

• A track record of delivering on commitments

• You ll take ownership of the day-to-day assembly operation, ensuring performance targets are achieved across:
