£12.21ph plus Veolia benefits

45 hours per week – Monday to Friday 7.00am to 16.30pm

The site handles 100,000 tonnes of green waste and produces 45,000 tonnes of quality compost, nestled in a pretty wooded area. The facility also bags its products for retail sales.

• Ensure materials are separated to meet the required standards
• Hand‑pick individual materials off the sorting conveyor as directed
• Keep the work area clean and tidy during and at the end of the working day
• Undertake cleaning duties of the plant when required
• Support daily routine maintenance of the plant
• Cover for other positions within LBW, e.g., litter picking duties

• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or plant operations setting
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
