Monday to Thursday, 7:30am 5:30pm (38 hours per week)
Pay: £13.15 per hour / £26,000 per annum

Our client is a well-established electronics manufacturer looking for a reliable and organised Stores operative to join our Stores team on a contract basis, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

As the new Stores operative, youll play a vital role in managing stock and supporting production by ensuring all materials and components are where they need to be, when they need to be.

What youll be doing as a Stores Operative:

Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
Accurately storing and labelling stock
Picking and preparing materials for production
Maintaining an organised and tidy stores area
Using our ERP system to monitor and update stock levels
Packaging up completed products ready for shipment to our customers
Reporting shortages or stock issues

What were looking for in a Stores Operative:

Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or stock control role
Confident using stock management systems (ERP experience preferred)
Ideally, experience working within a manufacturing environment
Good IT skills
A proactive and reliable approach to work
Good attention to detail
Able to commute to Basingstoke This is a great opportunity for someone with experience as a Stores operative, who enjoys working in a hands-on role and is confident managing stock in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
