Salary: £40,000 £ 45,000 (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced manufacturing leader looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a highly driven Manufacturing Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations and lead a dedicated team in a fast‑paced, quality focused environment.

As Manufacturing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational performance across the production floor. You will optimise processes for efficiency, quality, and delivery, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role will see you collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and consistent achievement of KPIs.

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on time delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Production Leadership Team and Production Operators.
• Oversee departmental KPIs including Health & Safety, Quality, Attendance, Efficiency, and Lead Times.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions where targets are not met.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and conduct incident investigations.
• Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Systems of Work.

• Proven experience in leading and mobilising teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean processes and continuous improvement techniques.
• Broad exposure to engineering or mechanical principles.
• Confident, visible shopfloor leadership style.
• Strong communicator able to influence and build relationships across departments.
• Highly organised, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Track record of delivering on commitments within a fast paced, dynamic operation.
