TechPoint Group is expanding a world‑class facility and seeks a detail‑oriented, technically skilled Test Technician to perform product testing, quality assurance, and inspection procedures. The role involves operating and monitoring test equipment, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards, and accurately documenting results.

• Develop and execute test procedures for PCBAs and electronic assemblies to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct functional, environmental, and performance tests on products and components.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware failures at the component and board level using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
• Record test data and report deviations or non‑conformities.
• Interpret test procedures and adjust processes as needed to meet quality standards.
• Read manufacturing technical drawings and specifications.
• Maintain test equipment and perform routine calibrations or troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with quality teams to resolve test issues (internal and external customers).
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures or field returns.
• Adhere to safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• 3–5 years of experience in a test, QA, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a similar manufacturing environment – SMT, aerospace, automotive, or electronics.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, or software testing procedures.
• Strong root cause and problem‑solving abilities.
• Independent and team work skills.
• Experience with automated test systems (e.g., ICT, functional testers) is preferable.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards or Six Sigma principles.
