Client Services Manager

Our client is a leading national provider of mechanical and HVAC services, is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of mechanical maintenance contracts. This includes managing key clients such as David Lloyd Gyms and Vue Cinemas, with a focus across the commercial, leisure, and light industrial sectors.

This is a critical role that requires strong operational and client-facing skills. You'll lead a team of 12 engineers and ensure the successful delivery of AC and boiler maintenance contracts across the UK.

• Manage the delivery of HVAC (AC & Boiler) maintenance contracts across commercial and leisure sites.
• Lead and support a team of 12 engineers, ensuring high standards and SLA compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
• Monitor contract performance, budgets, and profit margins.
• Work closely with internal departments and other offices nationally.

• Proven experience managing mechanical maintenance contracts
• Strong leadership background with the ability to manage multi-site teams.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Background in commercial/leisure environments highly desirable.
• Based within reasonable travel distance to HQ (for 1 day a week in-office).

• £60-65K basic salary
