Repairs and Maintenance Manager

This is a full-time, on-site and office role for a Repairs and Maintenance Manager, based in Basingstoke. The primary responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and repair operations, ensuring timely resolution of necessary repairs. The role also entails supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

• Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage maintenance teams.
• Strong capabilities in Maintenance Management and handling Maintenance & Repair tasks.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards related to maintenance and repair operations.
• Strong communication skills to ensure efficient collaboration with clients and team members.
• Certification or training in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in the window and door industry is desirable but not required.
