Estate Agency Branch Manager – Basingstoke

OTE: £60,000 – £70,000

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager to lead our Basingstoke office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious estate agent who loves listing, thrives on leading from the front, and wants to grow market share in a competitive and exciting location.

You’ll be responsible for running the branch as if it were your own business – motivating the team, winning instructions, delivering outstanding service, and driving performance across sales.

As Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-energy sales team

• Be a hands‑on, standout lister
  , winning quality instructions in Basingstoke and surrounding areas

• Drive market share growth through strong local presence and proactive business generation

• Set and manage individual and branch targets

• Conduct valuations, convert instructions, and negotiate sales

• Ensure excellent customer service from instruction to completion

• Manage branch performance, pipelines, and KPIs

• Recruit, train, and retain top talent

• Represent the brand positively in the local market

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven Estate Agency experience
  , ideally at Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager level

• Is a natural lister with a strong track record of winning instructions

• Brings high energy, confidence, and positivity to everything they do

• Leads by example and enjoys being on the front line

• Is commercially minded with a hunger to grow market share

• Has strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Knows the Basingstoke market (or similar local market) well

• OTE £60,000 – £70,000 (uncapped commission potential)
