We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Wadworth family on a 40‑hour per week contract. The ideal candidate will support the Deputy Manager in ensuring the smooth and successful running of the business while maximizing sales, leading a team, and building knowledge of finances, recruitment, compliance, and company policies.

• Support the Deputy Manager in the smooth and successful running of the business in the Manager's absence.
• Help maximize sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Lead a team across front and back of house to ensure a fantastic customer experience.
• Build knowledge of finances, recruitment, compliance, and company policies and procedures.

• Great team player – working with the whole team, both front of house and back of house, to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience.
• Reliable and passionate – punctual, well presented, honest and full of enthusiasm.
