As the Learning Disabilities Manager
, you will be responsible for the full operational management of a small residential home supporting adults with autism spectrum conditions
, learning disabilities
, and additional support needs. You will lead a committed team, champion best practice and ensure the highest standards of person‑centred care.

• Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of a learning disabilities residential home
• Develop personalised support plans for adults with autism and learning disabilities
• Supervise, coach and inspire a skilled care team
• Ensure full compliance with CQC standards
  , safeguarding procedures and regulatory requirements
• Promote independence, communication and positive behaviour strategies (PBS)
• Work collaboratively with families, social workers, healthcare professionals and external agencies
• Oversee staff rotas, training, audits and quality assurance processes

• Strong experience supporting adults with autism
  , learning disabilities and complex needs
• Previous leadership or management experience in residential care or supported living
• Excellent understanding of CQC regulations
  , risk management and safeguarding
• Person‑centred approach with a focus on dignity, empowerment and inclusion
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills

• Salary: £30,000–£35,000
