Customer Specialist - Property Maintenance

Next Chapter Talent is delighted to be partnering with a well-regarded property management organisation to recruit a Customer Specialist - Property Maintenance. You'll play a key part in ensuring repairs and maintenance cases are managed efficiently, professionally, and with a personalised approach for every customer.

• Take ownership of property repairs and maintenance cases from start to finish
• Coordinate works with contractors and liaise with key stakeholders
• Engage directly with customers to understand and resolve their queries
• Keep all systems and records up to date, maintaining high‑quality, accurate data
• Provide clear, timely updates to customers and internal teams

• Knowledge of property repairs or a maintenance background
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to self‑motivate
• Experience working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
• Confidence in using multiple computer systems
• Previous experience engaging with customers in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively
