A prestigious and well-established law firm in Basingstoke, Hampshire is seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join its expanding and highly respected dispute resolution team. Recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners

The team advises a wide-ranging client base and handles a broad mix of commercial and property-related disputes. Matters include:

• General Commercial Litigation:
  • Breach of contract
  • Professional negligence
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Unfair prejudice claims
  • Breach of directors' duties
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Fraud and asset recovery
  • Insurance coverage issues
  • Tax disputes
  • Regulatory investigations
  • Defamation, libel, and slander
• Property & Real Estate Litigation:
  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals
  • Covenant enforcement and related advice
  • Rights of way, easements, and other adjoining landowner issues
  • Housing development disputes
  • Squatter eviction
  • Adverse possession
  • Boundary disputes
  • Trespass and nuisance claims

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)
• Experience in commercial litigation (during training or post-qualification)
