The team advises a wide-ranging client base and handles a broad mix of commercial and property-related disputes. Matters include:
- General Commercial Litigation:
- Breach of contract
- Professional negligence
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Unfair prejudice claims
- Breach of directors' duties
- Intellectual property disputes
- Fraud and asset recovery
- Insurance coverage issues
- Tax disputes
- Regulatory investigations
- Defamation, libel, and slander
- Property & Real Estate Litigation:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals
- Covenant enforcement and related advice
- Rights of way, easements, and other adjoining landowner issues
- Housing development disputes
- Squatter eviction
- Adverse possession
- Boundary disputes
- Trespass and nuisance claims
You will gain exposure to a varied caseload and benefit from early responsibility, direct client contact, and involvement in high-quality work typically associated with larger City practices.
The Ideal Candidate- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)
- Experience in commercial litigation (during training or post-qualification)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong client-handling ability
- Commercial mindset and pragmatic approach
