Are you a hands‑on data leader with deep Azure expertise? Do you get a thrill from turning complex, messy data into clean, scalable, and actionable insights
? Here’s your chance to lead a transformational data journey in a fast‑growing, multi‑site organisation with big ambitions!

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Data & BI, you’ll own and elevate the entire data and integration function
. From migrating legacy systems to Azure, to designing modern data pipelines, to integrating HRIS, Finance, and operational platforms — you’ll be at the heart of a digital transformation that touches every corner of the business.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders — translating complex technical challenges into actionable solutions
. This is a hands‑on role for a “doer”, someone who codes, architects, and presents with equal confidence.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise data architecture:
    data lakes, warehouses, and APIs
    .
  • Manage end‑to‑end integrations and automation using ETL/ELT tools and cloud platforms.
  • Mentor a small but growing data team, fostering innovation, excellence, and collaboration
    .
  • Collaborate across functions to define requirements, deliver projects on time, and ensure data security and governance
    .
Who We’re Looking For
  • 5–8+ years in data engineering or enterprise data management, with deep Azure expertise
    .
  • 2–4+ years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Experience in small or growing businesses
    , multi‑site operations
    , or highly structured/high‑end organisations
    .
  • Skilled in SQL, Databricks, Data Factory, and modern data pipelines.
  • Strong communicator: able to make complex ideas simple for senior stakeholders.
Why This Role Stands Out

This isn’t just another data role. You’ll shape the data strategy
, standardise systems across multiple sites, and play a pivotal part in a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven organisation
.

We especially welcome applications from those with experience in growing, multi‑site organisations
, high‑end or highly structured environments
, and who bring hands‑on Azure mastery
.
