We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Offering Lead Architect for our business in the Office of the CDO. This role is responsible, in conjunction with representatives from the wider business, for defining our AI roadmap and strategy and delivering our approach to ensure we maximise the business benefit from AI for our business and also for our customers.
Responsibilities- Defining and delivering the offerings strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and Fujitsu's vision.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement across the product portfolio, challenging the status quo and introducing new ways of working.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders – including engineering, marketing, and growth – to ensure products meet business objectives and customer expectations.
- Building strong relationships with customers and partners, translating demand into deliverable products and supporting go‑to‑market strategies.
- Providing leadership and guidance, acting as a role model and thought leader while coaching teams to grow product knowledge and expertise.
- Communicating emerging technologies and market trends, inspiring change and shaping the future direction of offerings.
- Communicating with stakeholders and customers about AI concepts and how to democratise and extract the value of data.
- Taking an outcomes‑driven approach to technology adoption.
- Education and experience in Artificial Intelligence.
- Leadership skills to engage with technical teams and customer teams throughout the AI and Data journey.
- Stakeholder‑management skills to build and maintain relationships with organisations across the AI industry.
- Self‑confidence with the ability to listen, influence and negotiate.
- Able to solve complex problems and customer challenges.
- Drive the right behaviours across the business – customer focus, professionalism, innovation, collaboration.
- Create end‑to‑end team working and a one‑team approach, supporting colleagues across disparate teams worldwide.
