Now we're scaling through the Microsoft partner ecosystem, and we need a Partnership Director who turns hand shakes into shipped projects.

You’re the execution engine between our team, strategic partners, and public sector clients. You make sure joint propositions move from concept to active delivery fast.

• Partner execution across the Microsoft ecosystem (not just relationships)
• Project kick-offs, delivery scoping, and momentum across partner‑led initiatives
• Go‑to‑market enablement: demos, sales assets, architecture diagrams, delivery playbooks
• Co‑sell support and deal registration for partner opportunities
• Translating complex requirements into executable delivery plans
• Risk identification and blocker resolution before they become escalations
• Continuous improvement of our partner execution model

• Deep Microsoft ecosystem experience (worked at Microsoft or led alliances at a partner)
• Proven track record delivering public sector programmes and GTM initiatives
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven solutions and digital transformation
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder coordination across partners and clients
• Ability to turn commercial intent into clear, actionable delivery plans
• Execution‑oriented mindset; you ship, not just plan
